Long theorized to be the resting place of ancient Storm Giant warriors, the Plane of Lightning is a plane filled with discharges of energy leaping from turbulent cloud masses like the nimble fingers of the gods themselves. Great booming flashes of light and pockets of woe and strife lay in wait for the intrepid wanderers of this realm. The plane seems to have a sentience all its own, leaving no unprotected soul without constant reminder of its energy or presence.
