Buried within the heart of the lower planes is the crumbling ruins of the once-proud cityscape and stronghold of Maladomini. Within its crumbling ruins, the cursed Baalzebul rules over its eternal ruin and all wretched creatures within. Maladomini is a place of decay, covered in shadows of fallen keeps and piles of rubble that once stood tall against wave after wave of attack. Once a great devil with fair features, Baalzebul was cursed by Asmodeus and doomed to live out eternity in Maladomini as its ruler when he dared to opposed the great Archdevil of Nessus. Every nook, every cranny drips with the deceit of its ruler, permeating the very souls of all who walk the lonely streets of the ruined cityscape.
