When you get tired of bashing monsters with your fists, you might consider
wielding a weapon.

Larger weapons are two-handed, meaning that it takes both hands to wield them
effectively. These weapons do more damage, are difficult to parry (unless
your enemy also has a two-handed weapon), and sometimes allow you to get
in extra attacks as foes with smaller weapons approach or leave your area.
