Shorthand: tit

This sets your title that people see when they type WHO, or when they
see you in the same room. To use it, just type title, followed by your
new title.

Example:
If Bob types
> title the Big Bad Wolf

He would then appear in the who list as:
[ 1 1 1 1] \c16Bob the Big Bad Wolf.\c03

If you are a member of a clan lets say the clan named 'Killas' who have
a clan symbol defined as '\d03{KILLAS}\c03' then if you are slightly lazy
you can automatically insert the symbol into your title by using '%s'.
If the leader has used colors in the symbol then these will also appear
correctly and be correctly terminated after the symbol is displayed. Also
if the leader decides to update the symbol you don't need to do anything.

Example:

> title the %s Big Bad Wolf

He would then appear in the who list as:
[ 1 1 1 1] \c16Bob the \d03{KILLAS}\c16 Big Bad Wolf.\c03
