This spell is used in the creation of a Devak, an ancient totem-like
item which can be lodged into the earth's crust to give the surrounding
areas a bond with that specific stratum.

Here are the requirements:

1. The caster must be standing at the peristratum of the stratum to which
the spell is being cast (see 'help peristrata')
2. The caster must be holding one( or inventory ) or several shards of the appropriate
to the stratum to which he is being attuned (see 'help sidhe charms')
Generally three is a good number to have out; they may not all be used.
3. A special sceptre must be in the caster's inventory. This is magically
combined with the shards to create the final devak.(help devak)
This {{WikEQ|name=Black Marble Sceptre of Black Magic|keywords=black marble sceptre}} can be found on many of the creatures
in our world.

Once the devak has been created, the player may then attempt to lodge it
into the earth's crust. Devak's can only be placed in areas that a druid
would be very familiar with. The Devak may be removed from the earth's crust
using the spell nature's upheaval.
