Heal will heal all the hitpoints from a person, except 1d4 points.
Maximum 100 points can be healed. For example, say your maximum number of
hit points is 500. A creature comes along and hits you, which isn't very
nice, and you now only have 405 hit points. Now, a nice person comes
along and casts the heal spell upon you. You will not receive 100 hit
points, because that would put you over your maximum of 500. You will
be healed to 500 - 1d4 hitpoints.
A victim who is blinded will also be cured by the heal spell.
