Casting this spell upon a victim makes them unable to phase door or
recall out of trouble. This is especially good on mage mobs who will
phase door when they are close to dead. If the caster of the spell is much
lower than the mob, the demon bind will not hold and the phase door will
still be successful. Protection from evil helps to ward off the demons.
