Burning Hands draws essence of fire from the surrounding area and focuses
it on the caster's hands. While the caster himself is protected from the
fire, the next person he touches will be badly burned. This spell causes
more harm than chill touch but has no effects other than the damage.

Being composed mainly of fire, this spell will not harm targets who have
very fiery natures.
