This spell uses earth and water to magically blindfold a victim.
It affects only a relatively small area, so creatures with eyes
in multiple locations may be immune to it. A blinded creature
will be able to use only those spells which do not require a
target: for example, he will be able to cast damage spells on
his attackers, but not to heal his companions. Blindness will
also make it very hard for the target to deflect blows or to hit
its attackers.
