This spell attunes the victim's magical aura with one of the seven strata.
Aura attunement is a powerful, permanent effect, but it can be difficult
to effect properly. Here are the requirements:

1. The caster and the victim must both be standing at the peristratum of the
stratum to which the victim is being attuned (see 'help peristrata')
2. The attunement must be done during a conjunction appropriate to the
stratum to which the victim is being attuned (see 'help houses')
3. The victim must be holding one or several shards of the appropriate
to the stratum to which he is being attuned (see 'help sidhe charms')
Generally three is a good number to have out; they may not all be used.
4. The victim must not have any spells up. These interfere with the
attunement process.

Attunement is a permanent effect that cannot be dispelled. It can be
replaced with a different sort of attunement by a new casting of this spell.
The effects of attunement depend on the stratum; they are listed at the
bottom of this page. Some people can be attuned better than others:

o prime-class mages can be attuned very well to all strata
o prime-class necromancers can be attuned very well to the necromancy
stratum, but cannot be attuned to the healing stratum at all.
o other classes can still be attuned, just not quite as strongly.

Effects of being attuned depend on the stratum:
