This potent song turns aggressive monsters less aggressive. Even if the
Bard is hated by the mob, if they are under the influence of this song,
they will not attack the Bard. Note that this song can be very tricky to
use, as it does not actually STOP the combat. It only prevents it from
starting, if used quickly enough.
