Similar to the scan command but allows you to specify the
direction you wish to look into. This also gives you a lot
more information than general scan would.

If you have the SIXTH SENSE skill, you may also get a feeling
of whether there's danger there (for example, people that want
to kill you, or a hungry dragon, or such.)
