This skill can be used be any experienced druid whom possesses a Devak.
Devaks are totem-like items which can be lodged deep into the earth's
crust. Once accomplished, the devak gives the surrounding land a special
tie to that devak's strata. Once the lodging is complete, a variety of
enhancements can be seen for casters which toss magic of this type.
The bonuses are area wide and last as long as the devak is posted into
the ground.

Devak's may only be placed in outdoor areas such as beaches, forests,
and parks.
