People don't like it when you stare too much. The thieves have therefore
had to perfect the art of the surreptitious glance. This skill is useful
when you wish to examine someone or something without anyone noticing (For
example, because you snuck into the room and the victim doesn't even know
you're there).

When used on a person or mob, a successful glance will reveal the victim's
inventory. A failed glance not only won't reveal the inventory, it will
alert the victim to your interest. Glance can also be used to steal a
peek into a mob's lair; in this case you say "glance under table" or
whatever is appropriate for the particular lair.

This skill is quite difficult and can only be learned to 85%.
