Bards often have magical songs they sing. Songs can affect many friends
or foes in a room, depending on the level of the bard. Songs can also
be targeted at a specific friend or foe, to ensure they are part of the
affect. The effects of a bards song are felt only in the room he or she
is in. If the bard leaves a room, any in that room under the affects
of his or her song lose that affect very quickly. Similarly, if a bard
enters a room, those in the room are quickly subjected to her song.
Note that while singing, a bard is very limited in what he or she can do.

Also note that it takes mana "upkeep" to keep singing.

Examples:
Sing a song which will affect the tank in the group.
> sing 'oghams psalm of discipline'

Sing a song on stabboy which will help improve his damage during fight.
> sing 'lion chorus' stabboy

Stop the bard singing.
> sing stop
