At level 3 you gain the ability to make yourself known to everyone on
the mud by shouting. Shout is to be used in emergencies only or, in rare
cases which should not be abused, when you have something great to tell
everyone. The only reason this command is to be limited is because
*everyone* sees this, including immortals, and it can interrupt some
peoples work. Shouting too much can result in a noshout. For everyday
usage, use the appropriate gossip and auction channels.

Yell can also be used to alert only the people in the immediate area.
