Respond is used to reply to the last person to tell you something. It
only works if you could see who it was, of course. For example, if Jake
told Blaster, "Let's smite someone" then Blaster could very quickly type

> respond I'm on it

and he would tell Jake "I'm on it". If you alias some single letter to
be "respond" then you can respond to tells in a conversation just as easily
as you can say something, with only two characters typed overhead beyond the
actual message.

In addition, if the first word you type after "reply" is the name or an
abbreviated name of someone who has recently told you something, then the
response will be directed to him. So if Jake, Splork, and Kjartan had all
told Blaster "Let's smite someone" and Blaster wanted to smite with Splork,
he could type

> respond s Yeah, I love smiting!

Reply has been added as well. It works in the same manner as respond.
