This command is used in three places.

In an Inn:

You do it to receive items that the innkeeper has taken from you. You must
have the back rent money that you owe him to receive your items.

In a Post Office:

You use this to receive the mail or items that has been sent to you.

At a Forge:

You do this to receive the items that the forge mob has created for you.
