The notell command is used when you wish to block tells from
other players. when you wish to block a particular player,
but not everyone (commonly called "squelching" a player),
you may specify that with parameters to notell.

Syntax: notell [on|off]
This allows you to totally prevent people sending you tells.

Syntax: notell list
Lists which players are on your squelched list.

Syntax: notell add [<player name>]
Adds the player's name provided to your squelch list

Syntax: notell delete [<player name>]
Removes a player's name provided from your squelch list

Example:
If you wish to squelch a single player, you would
