If a player is fighting, typing 'assist <playername>', this will join
you in the fight. In groups, assisting the leader is a safer way to
join a fight rahter than simply typing 'kill <target>', because it
will ensure that you follow rather than start a fight.

If you have summoned creatures in your thrall, you can order them to
assist you to ensure they hit the same target that you are hitting.
